NEED TO CANCEL?
Cancellation Policy:
When rescheduling or cancelling please give a 24 hour notice for haircuts and a 48 hour notice for any chemical services. This ensures we are being fair to our stylists and other guests.
If guests are unresponsive or do not show for an appointment 3 times, they will be put on a walk-in basis only from then on.
